Jack Larsson
Jack is a senior partner of Dol & Co Law Firm and has been with the firm since his call to the Bar in 1988. He serves as a member of the Executive Committee responsible for managing the firm. Jack brings a depth of understanding and over 35 years of experience to his practice in the areas of business law, civil fraud litigation, personal injury and insurance litigation, Elder law and wills, estates and trust law.
Jack advises clients across a variety of industries. His business clients include several large national and multi-national pharmaceutical corporations, manufacturers, and many owner-operated businesses. Jack assists businesses with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Jack has worked with a wide range of families regarding difficult pre and post-death matters. Jack has experience in Elder Law matters and in preparing estate plans for both simple and complex high net worth families, family-owned businesses, and special-needs family members. Jack has the compassion and understanding to protect seniors, minimize family upset, facilitate your wishes, and protect family assets.
Jack Larsson received his Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from the York University and went on to study for his LL.M at the Osgoode Hall Law School York University, Ontario, Canada, and Doctor of Science of Law (JSD) at Stanford University Law School, Palo Alto, California, USA. Jack is a member of Ontario/ Canadian Bar Association and New York State Bar Association

Sasha Welsh
Sasha is an associate with the firm’s Creditors’ Rights department.
Sasha has over 20 years experience representing creditors. Her areas of practice include mortgage remedies, litigation and enforcement of judgments.
Sasha was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1996 and joined Dol & Co in 1999.

John Shepard Kapur
JJohn is a litigator in the firm’s Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation department, and represents injured clients in complex personal injury and disability related matters. John’s practice places a particular emphasis on motor vehicle accident litigation, occupier’s liability litigation, plaintiff-oriented municipal litigation, product liability litigation, and medical and dental malpractice litigation.
John was called to the Delhi State Bar Council (India) in 1993 and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2003. He joined Dol & Co in 2004.
John has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He possesses considerable trial practice experience and a broad-based knowledge of the law.
